Tell us about your background, and how you came to found your company?
I have assisted executives and professionals succeed in the business world of continuous change and uncertainty, to think, communicate and thus lead more effectively.
What is most important to you and your organization – mission, vision, or core values? Why?
Why I do what I do is important to me and for my company. So the overall vision, mission which are goals to achieve vision are important to me and my company. Core values form the basis for achieving this vision and mission.
Can you explain briefly how your service(s)/product(s) works?
I am an Executive Coach and Facilitator in that I help organizations to succeed at what they do by working with people in these organizations find their potential and strengths. How do I do this? By creating space to think, to find out what you already know and to think of new ideas themselves, ideas that will work by asking relevant incisive questions.
I coach individuals within organizations individually, as a group and also facilitate workshops on communication, transitions and leadership.
In enhancing these skills, the ROI that my clients get is increased revenues, lower costs, saving time and overall increase in net profits for their organization.
How has the industry been changing in recent years?
We live in a VUCA world and to be agile and be able to communicate and lead well is getting more challenging.
To communicate and lead others in an EI way is the necessity of today more than ever.
What makes you different from what’s currently available in the market?
My business background in that my ability to understand the challenges that executives and professionals face in their day to day work and the complexities presented by the VUCA world we live in. Further, I have been through transitions of varied nature myself and with my Masters in Change and my coaching certifications, I am able to bring the experience and skills to help people overcome their challenges and make the necessary shift required to help them get the success they desire.
What does the future hold for your company?
In the AI world that our future holds for us, EI, empathy and soft skills are the only distinguishing factor which will help us succeed. So I see a bright future for companies like mine to help people with EI, Change and transitions.
