Brandt International, founded in 2004, is a Malaysian based Training, Consulting and Managed services company. With our humble beginnings with just two staff, we now have over 750 staff in various locations around Malaysia. We have three key business lines: Consulting & Training, HR Managed Services and Customer Experience Managed Services.

Tell us about your background, and how you came to found your company?

I have a total of 30 years of corporate experience with multi-disciplines ranging from HR , Organizational Design & Development, Business Process Reengineering, CX & Digital Transformation and PMO. With the experience gained and having found my passion which is to create impact on businesses, I founded Brandt International. We started as a Consulting & Training organization but our company have evolved to offering additional value add services in the managed services area as well.

What is most important to you and your organization – mission, vision, or core values? Why?

It’s a balancing act with Mission vs Vision vs Core values – In terms of importance, core values come first. Core values defines our culture and our people which are the main drivers of our mission and vision along with our common goals and objectives.

Can you explain briefly how your service(s)/product(s) works?

Brandt International provides a range of Training, HR and Business Managed services to our clients. Our training offerings revolve around our Customer Experience and Organizational Change consulting expertise. Our HR services offerings include placement, sourcing and HR managed services that leverages on our strength as HR practitioners and People focused methodologies. Business Managed services provides a range of outsourced customer experience management, customer service, outreach and customer-lifecycle to enable our clients to deliver CX excellence.

How has the industry been changing in recent years?

With Covid 19, the need for companies to accelerate its digital transformation initiatives has now deem as 'survival'. As such, there are key demands in the markets for consulting intervention to support them in driving & managing the transformation with sustainable outcomes. Likewise, the demand for Managed services has also increased due to new capabilities, which is not readily available internally, in the areas of digitalization, non-voice channels, automation as well as AI augmentation and data analytics.

What makes you different from what’s currently available in the market?

Our consulting led approach is our key differentiator in the marketplace with all our key consultants and senior leadership bringing years of experience as practitioners in various industries.

What does the future hold for your company?

We are in the right place and right time. We are well poised to ride the wave and help organization to navigate through in times of adversity.
