Tell us about your background, and how you came to found your company?

I have worked for the past 10 years as a Business Consultant and Talent Acquisition Process and Technology specialist. Prior to this he spent 12 years in Blue Chip Banking and Telecoms Corporates, Lloyds Banking Group and British Telecom. I have been the CEO of First Global Direct since 2014, a Consultancy for Business Strategy and growth in the areas of Investment fund raising and Events and through its sister company, Ai Sourcing Ltd, AI SaaS Services for B2B and recruitment for Data Science, Banking and HR utilizing cutting edge AI Technology.

What is most important to you and your organization – mission, vision, or core values? Why?

Most important to us is the Hiring experience should be fast, accurate and be a pleasant experience for both Employer and candidate. Candidate experience very often suffers in the recruitment process usually though lack of feedback and long periods of time between interviews. The technology we utilize makes the process faster and smoother for the employer especially during prescreening and for the candidate by being kept informed at all stages and with consent creating engaged Talent pools facilitating faster hiring and improving the overall market Branding for the employer.

Can you explain briefly how your service(s)/product(s) works?

We utilize a B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) platform powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) that enhances people decisions through predictive analytics on big data. Using AI, Machine Learning (ML) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), the platform automates routine tasks and offers predictive analytics and data-driven insights, bringing productivity and efficiencies of selections at scale. The solutions are highly customizable for varied use cases across enterprise, SME, academia and government sectors.

How has the industry been changing in recent years?

With the impact of covid the shift toward more economic forms of fast and efficient recruitment processes has turned many organizations towards AI based solutions to help not only hire but also assist Talent Management and internal restructuring when market demands shift and employers want to retain loyal staff.

What makes you different from what’s currently available in the market?

Current AI solutions are mostly centered around either Bots or Key word searches on resumes. We also do bots but this but take this many stages further by including solutions for automated Video Interviewing and APIs to integrate into most ATS, HRIS, Job boards and CV databases and incorporate patented algorithms in our SaaS platform to look at hundreds of points from Big Data for scoring not only on job match but also on the likelihood of the candidate to remain loyal and be successful in the role the candidate is being hired for with all these millions of data points placed into a single easy to use and visually pleasing UI to make the process not only fast but also transparent to all stakeholders in the hiring process.

What does the future hold for your company?

For the future, the AI technology will only get stronger and more accurate, and will be the standard way that most candidates will expect prescreening (via mobile) and overall improve the perception of the recruitment process by all as a simple and pleasant one that offers more opportunities for overlooked minorities to improve Diversity and Inclusion.
