Tell us about your background, and what are you most passionate about?

Sabrina got a great communication skills and have a channel for Television and Digital partner for 4 years because worked in TV and Digital Company and being a Business Development to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. Sabrina handle Brand and Government in Indonesia that would like to campaign their program in Media Television and Media Digital. Accounting is a major that Sabrina takes to explore their finance study and analyze corporate. Sabrina handling digital agency and being an owner and CEO for 2 years in Mediarumu Digital Agency

Describe a time you had to make a tough decision (e.g. budget cuts, organizational restructuring, market withdrawal, etc.). What did you do and what was the result?

The toughest decisions that I have had to make is not about budgets or other technicalities. Instead in human resource managing, to properly position and utilize people is not an easy task. Even if people overlook it most of the times, handling people is not an easy business, in fact it is a crucial point in running a company. To properly utilize people to their utmost potential while eliminating unnecessary distractions such as office drama and other issues is essential for me, it is one of the toughest things that I had to do in running a company

How would others define your communication style? Do you prefer to be close to your employees or maintain a healthy distance, and why?

My communication style comes from an interest in psychology, I am fascinated by the study and I love learning about people and how their mind works. Every company or organization needs an outstanding teamwork and I am very particular in choosing my team. The team that I choose needs to be able to work independently and efficiently as I am not a micromanager, I built this company based on trust and responsibility. For my team to be able to bring out their best work, they need to be given freedom while also be mindful of their responsibilities. In the end, the result and success of a project comes from a strong and solid teamwork based on a workplace bond and professionality.

How has the industry been changing in recent years? What do you think are the biggest challenges your industry will face in the next 5 years?

In today's digital marketing world in Indonesia, the industry has changed so much in that digital marketing is not an exclusive knowledge anymore. Agencies are starting to lose their relevance because brands are starting to have their own in-house divisions in handling paid ads and data analytics. But the realm of creative thinking is still something that is sought at and will never lose relevance. Brands still need creative ideas to run their campaign and advertising and that is what I intend to capitalize on, by recruiting younger generations like gen z's to constantly bring out new and creative ideas from the digital natives.

What personality traits make a good leader?

My experience in working as a corporate worker leads me to believe that a good leader is a leader that participates and elevates the team. Participation in the sense that getting hands on with the members of the team instead of just bossing around to get a task done. A team is only as strong as its weakest member and the leader should make up for that by elevating their teams to greater heights with them. To achieve common goals and targets together instead of separating them an creating individual objectives for them to achieve.

What does the future hold for your company?

From the time that I built this company, my vision and ambition hasn't changed the future for us is still to be the leading local digital agency in Indonesia. In a market that is saturated with foreign agencies and multinational supergroups I intend to create an agency that caters to brands in Indonesia. After all who else can know a country better than its locals? We want to show that even local agencies won't lose out to the giant groups out there.
