We offer our digital coupon platform to the market so that each merchant can create, issue, distribute, redeem, record and track their own digital coupons with our platform.

Tell us about your background, and what are you most passionate about?
Our company was established in 2014 in Hong Kong by 4 founders in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and India, and we have offices in all 4 places. We provide a great coupon platform to the world, and our market is mainly in East Asia and Southeast Asia, and is expanding to the rest of the world including Europe and North America. We serve multi-national huge enterprises as well as SME.
Describe a time you had to make a tough decision (e.g. budget cuts, organizational restructuring, market withdrawal, etc.). What did you do and what was the result?
At the beginning of the development of our coupon platform, we have to decide whether it is app-based or web-based. Finally we chose a web-based platform, where end-consumers needn't download any app to receive our coupons. It proves to be very popular among the consumers, as most other digial coupons require them to download an app and do a lot of steps just to receive/ use a coupon.
How would others define your communication style? Do you prefer to be close to your employees or maintain a healthy distance, and why?
I work closely with my colleagues and at the same time we can all work independently.
How has the industry been changing in recent years? What do you think are the biggest challenges your industry will face in the next 5 years?
Digital coupons are becoming more popular. In next 5 years, paper coupons will be replaced more rapidly. Our industry will have a great market to share, and our company is engaging more and more new customers.
What personality traits make a good leader?
A good leader must have a good understanding of his industry, company and team.
What does the future hold for your company?
We shall become the leader of the industry in near future.
