Tell us about your background, and how you came to found your company?
I’m an ordinary woman who has chosen to make extraordinary decisions and actions steps. I am born and raised in New Delhi, India. After moving to Hong Kong to experience a different culture, I started working in a Chinese firm to help local and international clients with business corporate solutions. While working there I got influenced by the Chinese culture, and even mastered Mandarin over time with a group of Chinese friends!
While working for that firm I have faced limitations which I couldn’t do anything about due to corporate policies and politics overall. If you look into mirror word “NO” its “ON” its where I decided to follow my dreams against against the waves of doubt and suffocating pressures of society and founded “Global Trusted Group”.
Global refers to the global scale, Trusted refers to business and customer trust, Group refers to the a organization i.e “globally trusted long-term partners” a customer’s can truly rely on, is the foundation of our company’s success.
With the ultimate goal of providing effective services into entrepreneurs' life to start, grow and optimize their businesses in Hong Kong which includes company formation, corporate bank account opening, accounting & audit arrangements, taxation, immigration visas, and supplementary services.
I have worked with major entrepreneurs and businesses around the world. I transforms my expertise into the solution for solving the challenges. I have a track record of delivering proven results to corporates from overseas that wow customers and raised the company's image by earning satisfied clients and many positive referrals for continuous expansion over the years to come.
Today I am a well-known face among the Hong Kong start-up business advisers and have been featured in Guangzhou Local News Channel, who solves complex corporate business problems in a smooth and fast ways that impress customers and keep the standards high.
I also enjoys being a role model for women in business leadership. While serving as the “Women’s Leadership Committee” in some groups, I have worked with other executive leaders to bring recognition of the GTG group.

What is most important to you and your organization – mission, vision, or core values? Why?
Mission is the building block and vision is the fuel that drives you forward. Your core values are what keep you on track. Without adhering to a set of values, an organization runs the risk of falling apart.
BUT it is the mission that fuels the machine and it is the vision that leaves the tracks and points it in the right direction. It’s the vision that allows the entire organization to run the same direction and accomplish the mission or the purpose. No organization can get by without all three. But start things with a purpose and building crisp vision will be a great first step.

How has the industry been changing in recent years?
Hong Kong’s startup scene has been growing rapidly and we couldn’t be happier to note that all of this creativity and problem-solving energy is being put to great use as local entrepreneurs tackle some of the biggest problems facing not just Hong Kongers but the whole planet.
What makes you different from what’s currently available in the market?

What does the future hold for your company?
In response to growing niche market opportunities. This is already a great business opportunity and is going get wider and accommodate more opportunities. Through our business consultants we can help other grow their business in Hong Kong. It will be easier than ever to launch a business. This means more innovation, as new ideas can be tested without much risk – and startup companies will proliferate. Customers will increasingly seek customized products and services.
