ProSage Sustainablity Development LTD., is the affiliate of Retech Group (listed on the Australian motherboard in 2017, Stock Code ASX: RTE). We focus on providing innovative and efficient sustainable service solutions for enterprises including corporate sustainability strategy consulting, data collection system, online learning and training services. The company has its own online learning platform, PopSage. It includes e-learning for the topics of ESG, live broadcast, interactive community, activities and other functions. In the future, we will continuously provide customers with more diverse sustainable services.

Tell us about your background, and how you came to found your company?
Roy brings more than 20 years of experience in Asia Pacific business consulting. He has the vision, resources and expertise to deploy the right strategic solution in the right business context every time.
As a strategic thinker in the consulting business, Roy understands that ESG regulatory compliance is not only a prerequisites but also a strategic business growth driver for over 13,500 listed and pre-IPO companies; and that's why Roy founded ProSage Sustainability Development Limited with Retech Group in 2018.
What is most important to you and your organization – mission, vision, or core values? Why?
Our vision is to be the Most Preferred sustainability development solutions platform in Asia
We focus on helping to build a culture of sustainability development within the company and become the most preferred and recognized sustainability partner for companies in the Asia Pacific region
Can you explain briefly how your service(s)/product(s) works?
ProSage is offering comprehensive and innovative sustainability development solutions for over 13,500 listed companies in Asia, which include:
- developing sustainable development strategies to enhance competitive advantages along your ESG journey
- ensuring a robust and efficient data management system is in place to meet ESG reporting needs
- delivering a suite of tailored workshops, coaching and digital learning courses to enhance business performance.
How has the industry been changing in recent years?
Starting 2020, Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges will be following other major stock exchanges in Asia to impose annual ESG reports submission requirements to their over 3,000 listed companies in mainland China.
What makes you different from what’s currently available in the market?
ProSage, is the affiliate of Retech Group (ASX:RTE), a leading one-stop consulting solutions company specializing in sustainability. We adopt a Platform-as-a-Services model to collaborate with the leading ESG consultants in Asia to meeting the diverse needs of its clients and providing consulting, sustainability management systems and e-learning courses for listed companies and industry associations to achieve their sustainability goals.
What does the future hold for your company?
ProSage has offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Wuxi; and we will be expanding our market reach to Singapore and Taiwan in 2020.
