We are a group of companies. The business lines that we are involved in are: international consultancy and representation, PR and marketing, automotive industry, financial services.
AUTONOVA: is a relevant company activating on the industrial business where we provide consultancy in the automotive industry and we are also the manufacturer. We operate both in the production of assemblies and components for automotive and non-automotive industries and in the field of design and fabrication of hydraulic brake equipment for vehicles. With more than 60 years of activity, AUTONOVA passed many transformations and today we are a competitive company, able to offer to its partners feasible and stable solutions.
CVS Capital Options: I founded this small company with the target of assuring for my partners’ international representation, PR services, international marketing, international business and financial consultancy.

Tell us about your background, and how you came to found your company?
I am an optimistic person with more than 10 years of top management and board of directors experience. I serve as member of the board, where I held positions like Chairman, Vice Chairman, board member. I chair Board Audit committees. I am member of Corporate Governance committees. I am also a university lecturer where I teach finance and accounting related disciplines. I hold a PhD in finance-accounting. I have completed a Postdoctoral research stage having as core theme the use of accounting information on capital markets. I am a convinced globalist and represent the companies I collaborate with, in the international related issues (representation, public relations, negotiation, marketing, global business development, policy). Frequent presence in TV debates and at relevant international conferences and global meetings. International Speaker & Consultant for global economic policies and strategies. Charity and volunteering are part of my life. Hobbies: to fly and explore new cultures. This combines to me both business and passion.
What is most important to you and your organization – mission, vision, or core values? Why?
Mission: Our mission is to offer to automotive and other industrial branches, a wide range of best quality products, by encouraging and implementation of proactive culture and excellence in activity.
Vision: We would like to be recognized and appreciated as a stable partner which offers the best solutions to our customers, a partner which in a changing world, evolving in a sustainable and durable way and involves itself in social responsibility programs.

Can you explain briefly how your service(s)/product(s) works?
On the international representation and PR side, I am open to any designed collaboration framework, because it must be suited according to the client’s requests. If there are companies that are interested about a deep benefit of my expertise we can discuss board membership positions or top management advisory services. There is no limit about the jurisdiction or a specific country. After having a clear understanding of the needs, there are analyzed and proposed the solutions. On the industrial side, the engineering team designs together with the client specific possible parts that are going to be manufactured, and after the commercial contract provisions negotiations, there are implemented the softs needed to the mass production on the equipment involved in the business.
How has the industry been changing in recent years?
All the industries are now different. All the global economic landscape has been changing dramatically in the last years. The new realities are connected to the huge challenges that the future will bring the presence in our lives of the new technologies. If some appreciate this technologies as disturbing I consider them as being the new normality. They will boost the economic development in the future.
What makes you different from what’s currently available in the market?
1. The strong global networking & connections with business and decision-makers
2.The openness to travel in each corner of the world to represent business interests (I have been anyway already travelling in about 50 countries, in many countries not only once).
3.Acting with the belief that everything must be judged and solved in a global framework: in our daily face to face interaction as well as in the virtual reality.
What does the future hold for your company?
I am interested in clients or partners with global views. I act with the hope that the future is bright. One desire is to find a partner for whom and together with whom to organize a global promotion business trip that should cover each country in the world. I know that the future holds such a business lines.
