Tell us about your background, and how you came to found your company?
For me it was never about making a lot of money. It was recognizing there was this huge problem – finding good CareGivers and believing that I can actually solve it. Yes my solution is radical and extreme, but I believe we’re all here for a reason and my reason is HealthyLovedOnes.
What is most important to you and your organization – mission, vision, or core values? Why?
The simple goal is to help people find good CareGivers. By doing this we can also help people live healthier, longer, and better.
Can you explain briefly how your service(s)/product(s) works?
HealthyLovedOnes (HLO) is a new type of agency for CareGivers (Tinder/Uber for HomeCare). We combine old school with new technology to create new innovative HomeCare products and services. We leverage the gig economy to provide Neighbor 2 Neighbor (N2N) Community Care. In addition to traditional SeniorCare and ChronicCare we’ve developed new innovative short-term care products supported by the world’s first 24/7 HomeCare Fulfillment Center to ensure quality service and high customer satisfaction – AnyTime, AnyDay, AnyWay service model. https://www.healthylovedones.com/
How has the industry been changing in recent years?
That's the problem the industry is old with legacy systems and practices. No real innovation or disruption. We intend to be the disruptor for the HomeCare business.
What makes you different from what’s currently available in the market?
Everything from the supply (both gig and medical economy), demand (new HomeCare products and services), and service models (on demand, HCaaS, 24/7 offline and online).
