Tell us about your background, and how you came to found your company?
John was experienced to work in few top corporation in Hong Kong and Singapore , before to found his passionate about the business of international commerce , he was established his first company in Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia since 2012 , and now the company had representative office in Japan , Hong Kong , Vietnam to cover South East Asia and China Market.Our business and consultant solution can be found in virtually all sectors, including prominent government bodies and corporate, organisation such as Singapore Business Federation , Enterprise Singapore ( MTI ) , Malaysia Export Academy ( MED ) , Halal Development Center ( JAKIM , NAHA , MUIS..)
What is most important to you and your organization – mission, vision, or core values? Why?
We work with FMCG , Technology and Fulfillment companies – from large multinationals to local and regional (Asian) brands – grow across Asia.
Regardless of whether you are new or well-established in the region; if you are looking to enter the market with a new product or extend the life cycle of a mature product, As the Asian Market Expansion Services provider, Import and Distributor , we offer a comprehensive and highly tailored portfolio of integrated services across the region, driving and fulfilling demand.
Can you explain briefly how your service(s)/product(s) works?
Since 2016, we now have a strong leadership team with experience from Alibaba, Singapore Airlines, Fado, Wanda Group and TNT to take the company to the next level .The existing entity is a North Vietnam based retail distribution with reach to over 10,000 retail outlets ( general trade ) within Greater Hanoi. We are in the process of cementing formal partnerships with strong partners within the fulfillment eco system to generate volume and improve our connectivity to both Central and South of Vietnam.
Besides , we also Direct distribution channel to reach Fortune Global 500 as COFCO (SEHK:506 ),WANDA DALIAN and some of Asian Market main player Shin Kong Group, Alibaba ..to fit the marketplace both online and offline ,cross border EC .
How has the industry been changing in recent years?
when the production was full in market , the demand is less and marketing is important to brand awareness , every companies need seriously consider with very clear strategies to expand market penetration for the Blue Ocean market segment thru cross border platform ,there is good solution to stepping stone for those who want to test the market but eventually move to general trade, But there market has to be a demand and a ready first for your product to make a second movement.
What makes you different from what’s currently available in the market?
We have an ambition to introduce innovative solutions in 2020 such as city wide locker systems, repair and return outlets, seamless cash on delivery and express cross border. The introduction of these services to transform a local retail distribution company into a regional express fulfillment company will require significant capital investment and we was prepared a long term investment plan to potentially consider non organic growth to strengthen and differentiate us from the rest of the players.
What does the future hold for your company?
Our intention is to provide an efficient back bone for ecommerce providers and eventually serve the Mekong region through a consortium of strategic partners. We have access to collections points in Yangon, Bangkok, Yunan and Shenzhen and keep building up our systems.
