My company was founded in 2019. It provides consultancy and training in the private wealth sector. Expertise in succession planning, trust structuring, family offices, family governance, offshore structuring and regulation. The company is regulated as a trust and corporate service provider in Hong Kong.

Tell us about your background, and how you came to found your company?
I am a lawyer by background with experience living and working in Jersey, London, the Cayman Islands and Hong Kong. I have concentrated in the main on offshore structures - particularly BVI and Cayman. I am the most experienced practitioner in my field in Asia. I saw a need for expert advice and consulting without the large price tag of a global law firm. In addition many wealthy clients need assistance with governance and it is often difficult to find independent (i.e. not conflicted) people who also have the necessary expertise.
What is most important to you and your organization – mission, vision, or core values? Why?
My mission is to provide expert and specialist advice at a price which is acceptable to the client.
Can you explain briefly how your service(s)/product(s) works?
I offer consulting and advice to trust companies, family offices and banks on a wide range of topics. Wills, trusts, succession planning, funds, governance. I am also able to give legal advice as I am a consultant at a law firm.
I also act as director or fiduciary to assist with governance matters.
How has the industry been changing in recent years?
There is a lot of wealth held by clients who are getting older. Their wealth and their family is a lot more global than in previous jurisdictions. Regulation, tax and compliance are becoming more complex.
What makes you different from what’s currently available in the market?
I have unique expertise and experience in offshore matters.
