Tell us about your background, and how you came to found your company?
I'm HKongese graduated at the Chinese University of HK. Later I earn my MBA from London Business School and AMP from Harvard Business School. For the past 27 years I have been working in mainland China for MNCs as senior executives like Phillips, GE, Novartis and Netease. Later on I started my own business in China and earned initial capital then I formed a private equity fund with Mr Ratan Tata focused on China-India cross border high tech startup investment. Now I found another private equity fund incorporated in Cayman Island called V Capital with its advisory company called Leaders Capital Limited in HK. It's a China and pan-Asia focus fund with a fund size of 500 million USD mainly focused on the sectors of digital future, advanced manufacturing and Asia Consumer. What is most important to you and your organization – mission, vision, or core values? Why?
Our mission is achieving maximum returns for our investors through our strategic and operational transformation for our investment projects to help them achieve sustainable growth operational and management model and infrastructure through our well experienced advisory board and consultants who have both in-depth industry experience and extensive business network locally and globally. By doing so, we then create an inequality competitive power to our business partners to win the long term game.
Can you explain briefly how your service(s)/product(s) works?
Unlike most private equity fund and venture capital, we focus more on post investment management and have a full team of senior advisors who have more 20+ in-depth experience in their perspective industries who will seat in on the boards of our investment projects to help and guide their management and operation in advance to next level. Besides, we also work closely with Nobel Prize Winners to help our investment projects in terms of technological development and product marketization.
How has the industry been changing in recent years?
Like all other industries, private equity and venture capital is under great competition and the returns from operation is going downward.
What makes you different from what’s currently available in the market?

First we focus on a few markets like China, India, Vienam, Indonesia and Mayasia where have huge population and the most of the successful models and technology from China can be replicated. And we have extensive business network in India with Tata Group, Reliance Group, Jindal Group, Times Group of India and Seri Group enable us in a comparative advantage position in the market. Our cooperation with Sistema Asia Fund which is a London listed Russia Fund further strengthen our position in Asia.
What does the future hold for your company?
We will establish more and more joint fund with Sistema and other business partners on particular industries for vertical leadership.
