imBee was founded in 2019 and we are building the a business communications platform that brings teams and customers together across all channels. It’s a centralized team inbox with powerful tools for businesses to do better sales and customer service.

Tell us about your background, and how you came to found your company?
Our communication platform was initially built for internal use for our previous business. The clients of our previous business always used WhatsApp to contact us for different kind of inquiries. As the business grow, it became a big problem as instant messenger apps were made for personal use. It lacked of tools for business to scale their businesses. And therefore we made imBee to solve our own problem.
What is most important to you and your organization – mission, vision, or core values? Why?
Our missing is to bring teams and customers together across all channels.We are building the all in one business communication platform for both external and internal communications.

imBee.io provides one central inbox for all instant communication channels. It supports IM (WhatsApp, FB Messengers, WeChat, Line), Virtual Phone, Video conferencing and Cobrowsing. And it provides best-in-class business tools and workflow automation for brands to communicate with customers and teams efficiently.
How has the industry been changing in recent years?
Businesses used to communicate with customers via email and phone. With instant messengers becoming the major communication channel, businesses also start to support instant messenger as a way to connect with their customers. We foresee that instant messengers will surpass email as the major business communication channels in near future.
